WhatsApp has rolled out the feature currently for Samsung phones. But it will soon be available for every mobile phone for both (Android and iOS) operation systems,

By using your old phone and fetch your WhatsApp history. To complete the data transfer, you should sign into WhatsApp on the new device and import the messages,”
